FRESNO’S REEL PRIDE Film Festival, America’s sixth oldest GLBT festival, will screen Judas Kiss on Sunday, September 18, part of its five-day event at the landmark art deco Tower Theatre and the intimate Starline Lounge in the city’s historic Tower District.
“This is a big event for us at a big event,” said Judas Kiss director J.T. Tepnapa. More than 10,000 people attended Fresno Reel Pride last year, and it has matured into Central California’s most popular gay and lesbian event.
Judas Kiss is scheduled to screen on Sunday Sept 18, at 2 p.m. at the Starline Lounge. The film will be projected in high-definition and sound, well-suited to the intimate venue, Tepnapa added.
ABOUT REEL PRIDE Since its inception in a classroom at Fresno State in 1990, Fresno Reel Pride is the sixth oldest – and has grown to become one of the largest – gay and lesbian film festivals in the United States. The 22nd Reel Pride Film Festival will feature nearly 50 films at an event that includes appearances by filmmakers and stars, signature events, receptions and parties.
