Austin Festival Features ‘Judas Kiss’ at Special Brunch Screening

THE AUSTIN, Texas, Gay and Lesbian International Film Festival (aGLIFF) will feature Judas Kiss at a special brunch screening on Sunday, September 11, at Austin’s famous Alamo Drafthouse. The 24th Annual festival runs September 6-12.

“We are honored to headline aGLIFF’s special event,” said Judas Kiss director J.T. Tepnapa. “No one throws a party like this festival does.”

Joining Tepnapa at aGLIFF will be the film’s star, Richard Harmon, and co-star Brent Corrigan (Sean Paul Lockhart), along with writer-producer Carlos Pedraza.

aGLIFF is the film’s second Texas screening, following Fort Worth’s Q Cinema festival in June, where the movie won Best Debut Feature for director Tepnapa.

ABOUT aGLIFF The Austin Gay and Lesbian International Film Festival was founded in 1987 and became a 501(c)3 in 1995. The festival has grown tremendously in size and scope from a short four-day run of four films primarily focused on coming out and AIDS to a multimedia event with over 150 films depicting myriad issues across cultures, race, immigration status, class, gender identity and expression, age, and region.

The festival has expanded in purpose to combine entertainment with community outreach and education and is implementing year-round programming and community projects.
