‘Judas Kiss’ Makes a Splash at Phoenix

PHOENIX, Ariz. — Judas Kiss rated 4.6 4.7 out of 5 stars from viewers who attended the sold-out premiere at the Phoenix Film Festival on Friday, April 1. After initially selling out all seats in one theater, festival organizers moved the screening to a larger auditorium.

Most of the audience stayed after the film for a 30-minute question-and-answer session featuring two dozen cast and crew who traveled from Los Angeles and Seattle, and from as far away as Tennessee.

Audience members have been entering their ratings on the Phoenix Film Festival website. If you saw the film, please rate it, and add a comment if you’re so inclined! Here are some of the comments from their website and on our Facebook fan page:

“Loved the film. The storyline kept me riveted. The actors and actresses did a great job. The movie had it all: comedy, mystery, drama, heart and more. Can’t wait … [to] watch it again and share it with my friends. I will definitely be keeping an eye out for future films by J.T. Tepnapa.”

“Outstanding plot. Loved the movie.”

“Amazing Film, Amazing Peeps. So lucky to have seen it all!”

“Wonderful night here in Phoenix for Judas Kiss, such a well made film.”

“Great film! It has heart, substance, and passion. Thanks for all the hard work, guys.”

Judas Kiss has to be tied as my fave film at the festival. … The film was so unique and cool, you can’t help but fall in love with it!”

“Loved the movie … storyline, actors, music were all excellent!

“Very well done :) I had to pee half way through, but waited it out so I wouldn’t miss anything!”

As of today, Judas Kiss is the highest-rated film at the festival, and its listing on the website is the most viewed of all the films.

An open house Saturday night, April 2, winds up the Judas Kiss weekend in Phoenix. We’ll be posting more photos from the parties, the screening and the festival pavilion party that followed the showing on Friday — here and on our Facebook fan page.
